Death’s Vivus! To Be Reissued In February

She thinks Death is the dirt nap
Relapse’s Death reissue spell continues, with the forthcoming re-release of Vivus!, a deluxe two-CD collection of two different Death concerts.

The shows were recorded in 1998, and the first disc features the band at the height of its prowess, tearing the roof off the infamous Whisky A Go Go in Hollywood, California.

The second disc is a “brilliant recording of the band on the festival stage at Dynamo Open Air in Eindhoven, Holland.”

Vivus! will be made available on February 28 in North America, and on March 2 in the Benelux and Germany. The rest of Europe will get the set on March 5.

Like the previous reissues, Vivus! this will contain extensive liner notes from Death insiders and never-before-seen photos of the band.
