Killswitch Engage New Album Slated For Summer 2012 Release
This, according to our friends at Nefarious Realm.
Yes, we have known for sometime that Killswitch Engage were in writing mode, and bassist Mike D’Antonio even told us that the album would be much speedier than the last couple of efforts.
But now, citing Mike from some unspecified online posting (smart!), Nefarious Realm says it looks as though the band will start recording in February.
“KsE should be in the studio in Feb/March, so expect a summer 2012 release for the new record,” the site quotes D’Antonio as writing.
“We have a bit of a breather in the writing schedule so Adam can finish the Shadows Fall record, but as of now we have eight demos finished for the new record,” Mike adds.
“Everything is coming together nicely at the moment… my demos are pretty fast. Blast beats anyone?”
