What the fuck?
Slayer needs to back off a bit on the merchandising. They put out some Valentine’s Day candies last month, and now, they’re trying to sell you a ring.
Slayer, are you trying to replace Kiss as the most shameless band in hard rock? That was a rhetorical question.
The Great Frog, which has been hand-crafting rock jewelry in Carnaby, London, since before any of us were born, has produced the Slayer ring.
The ring will be made from solid sterling silver and hand-crafted in London.
Each ring will be engraved with its own limited edition number and will be available for pre-order from today, online or from any of The Great Frog’s three stores in London, New York or Los Angeles
The ring’s launch will be officially celebrated at a party at the New York store on February 24. I won’t be there. No one invited me.
“For years The Great Frog has been fortunate enough to work alongside some of the biggest rock bands in the world,” says the ring company. “This month The Great Frog have teamed up with Slayer to create this awesome piece of metal history.”
