Cradle of Filth’s forthcoming album, Midnight In The Labyrinth, will surface in April.
The LP is the latest, inspired work, from Cradle of Filth, and a press release says the disc “traversing an ethereal cinematic landscape of classical and symphonic darkness; a style the band has always woven seamlessly into their compositions.”
The press release continues: “Taking the most requested tracks from the first four official releases, Cradle of Filth have fulfilled audience desire by creating an album based on their most popular older tracks, but one that is delivered orchestrally to create a rich, haunting sonic landscape in the vein of soundtrack composers such as Jerry Goldsmith, Danny Elfman and Hans Zimmer.”
The album contains ten songs and runs 78 minutes long.
Midnight In The Labyrinth drops April 21 and will be available to coincide with Record Store Day.
That there is the artwork. I’m unmoved.
Cradle of Filth promise to return this Halloween with their new studio album.
