Motörhead are awesome, and considering the fact that they never really ever earned any dough from the awesome music they’ve created (I remember interviewing Lemmy a few years ago, and he was still renting a “tiny flat” in Los Angeles), I don’t mind that they sometimes try to capitalize on the Motörhead name.
I don’t mind it. When Slayer’s selling heart candies and Kiss is selling everything, I feel like that’s pure shamelessness. But Motörhead are different. They’re still broke, so…they’re simply trying to live.
Now, Motörhead is offering fans a once-in-a-few-years opportunity to see them like a true VIP at the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival this summer. And it’ll only cost you $600.
Motörhead’s “most fan-friendly VIP experience ever” scores you your own VIP tent backstage (a crucial amenity on sunny days…trust me), early entry for the show, a tee, an autograph, the chance to watch the entire main stage show from premium seats, meet members of Motörhead in a private VIP area, stand on the stage when Motörhead performs and much more!
If you want this VIP package, go here and act quickly: there will only be 20 sold per show, and available on a first come, first serve basis.
Lemmy is my hero. He’s like the Ron Jeremy of metal. He gets so much ass, yet, he is not the best looking dude around. He proves that anyone can get laid, if they’re cool enough.
