The Gourmet Culinary Expedition is a jewel of an opportunity to experience India’s diverse regional cuisines (including Karnataka, Mappila, Mughlai, and Kerala) straight from the source. Â A native of South India’s state of Kerala (one of the three states on the tour along with Karnataka and Tamil Nadu), Chef Vinod will lead foodies from Chennai, Bangalore, Mysore, and down the coast of Kerala.
The Gourmet Culinary Expedition will begin tour foodies from January 31st-February 12th, 2013. Â Included in this gourmet tour will be a walk along a World UNESCO Heritage Site, backwater cruise, cooking demonstrations, beach-side barbecue, mock wedding and accompanying feast as well as luxurious hotel accommodations.
