So, I always thought that Randy Blythe of Lamb of God was part of the band, but it turns out Teenage Time Killer is Corrosion of Conformity singer and bassist Mike Dean with drummer Reed Mullin.
But their debut, which has been recorded, should be one interesting motherfucking album.
The dudes enlisted a number of well-known musicians from the metal and hardcore to contribute parts to the upcoming record, which was were recorded at Dave Grohl’s Studio 606 in Northridge, California.
Grohl, himself, is one of the guys who’ll be featuring on the new disc, along with Blythe, Jello Biafra of the Dead Kennedys, Municipal Waste’s Tony Foresta, Prong’s Tommy Victor, Max Cavalera of Soulfly, Sacred Reich’s Phil Rind and C.O.C.’s Pepper Keenan and Karl Agell.
Color me interested.
The disc will also boast cameos from Doyle Wolfgang Von Frankenstein of Misfits fame, and Circle Jerks and Black Flag dude Keith Morris.
