Reasons Why You Will Fall for Titanfall

1

You will definitely fall in love with the 2014 multiplayer first-person shooter video game, Titanfall.

The game has been developed by Respawn Entertainment and published by Electronic Arts. Titanfall was released for Microsoft Windows and Xbox One on March 11, 2014, and an Xbox 360 version was released on April 8, 2014.

In Titanfall, players control “pilots” and their mech-style Titans, and fight in six-on-six matches set in war-torn outer space colonies. The game is optimized for fast-paced, continual action, aided by well-running abilities and populations of computer-controlled soldiers. Now this is what most of us know, but there are aspects of this game that are not known to many people.

Tips and Tricks to Glory

There are certain tips and tricks that can help players stay ahead of the competition. For instance, you can jump onto Your Titan to Reload. As has been noticed in this game, ammunition conservation has never been a problem due to the fact that you either get to your Titan or die before you expand your arsenal. But for argument’s sake, let’s say your Titan currently guards or follows you; so, just in case you run low, you can easily hop into the pilot’s seat and then disembark. This will top off your ammo.

There is another feature which helps you sprint automatically like Olympic Medalist Usain Bolt. This game is all about speed and agility, and moving from one place to another as quickly as possible is a constant need. So, Titanfall has come up with an Automatic Sprint option that needs to be turned on in the game’s Options menu. Give it a try and witness lighting speed.

It doesn’t end here. There is another very interesting feature. Did you know that you can destroy the Evacuation Ship by Titanfall? Well, it’s true, you just need to call in your Titan at the Evacuation Ship’s location and you’ll be able to score a one-hit kill.

The Magic of Titanfall on Xbox 360

The launch of Titanfall on the Xbox 360 was great news for all Titanfall lovers. The Xbox 360 version comes with a lot of surprises and exciting features. There’s a 1040×600 native resolution that’s backed up by 2x MSAA. It’s a setup that allows Bluepoint to cram the framebuffer into the 360’s 10MB of eDRAM, which, in-turn, allows it to effectively use the hardware anti-aliasing for free, with no performance penalty. The best part is that the game appears to play exactly the same on the Xbox 360 as it does in its current-gen counterpart.

The Next Steps

A number of features are going to be added to the game to enhance its overall experience. For instance, there will be “convenience features” – an addition of infrastructural pieces to make your life more pleasant in Titanfall. Some of the other new features that are being developed include a new Burn Card set and Titan “Nose Art” Insignias that you can use to customize the identity of your Titan. New game modes and game mode variants are also being developed. With so much in the pipeline, you sure need to gear up for a whole new experience.
