Israel Brain Technologies (IBT) has announced the follow-up event of last year’s successful BrainTech Israel conference, which took place in Tel Aviv, October 2013. The next BrainTech conference is scheduled for March 11-12 2015, and promises to be an even larger forum for anybody interested in the future of cutting-edge neurotechnology. The event is organized again by Israel Brain Technologies, a non-profit organization dedicated to advance the neurotechnology industry. The company also launched the $1,000,000 Global B.R.A.I.N. Prize, an international R&D award, that was first announced in 2011, and won by the BrainGate team in 2013.
Over 800 people attended the first BrainTech Israel conference to learn about the latest developments and explore opportunities in brain technology. Conference participants – entrepreneurs, clinicians, scientists, innovators, investors, company representatives and government officials – gathered to create a new community for shaping the technologies of tomorrow.
BrainTech 2015 will take place at the same location as the first conference, in the heart of Tel Aviv port, one of Israel’s most popular shopping and entertainment centers.
