Processor and Memory
Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini handset comprises of Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 dual core CPU, clocked at 1.7GHz and coupled with a RAM of 1.5GB. In comparison, the Galaxy S5 Mini comprises of similar RAM power, but the processor is upgraded to quad core, running at a speed of 1.4GHz.
