Battery: Motorola Droid Turbo comes with a massive battery for a smartphone. The 3900 mAh battery is almost bordering the tablet category. Droid Turbo battery performance is quite impressive and is arguably the best in the android market today.

Display: iPhone 6 comes with a 4.7 inch IPS LED display with a resolution of 750 X 1334, which translates to a pixel density of 326 ppi. The screen comes with shatterproof glass and oleophobic coating to reduce glare.
Camera: iPhone 6 features a very capable 8MP camera. Don’t be fooled by its low pixel count, the camera can actually churn out one of the best pictures amongst smartphones.
Features: iPhone 6 comes with latest A8 chip, which is powered by a dual-core processor clocked at 1.4 GHz. The graphics are handled by Power VR6450 chip. On the software front, it features latest iOS 8.
Battery: The phone comes with a 1810 mAh Lithium polymer battery.
Display: Nexus 6 comes with a 6-inch AMOLED display with Quad HD resolution (1440 X 2560). The pixel density is pecked at 493 ppi. The screen comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
Camera: Nexus 6 comes with a 13-MP rear camera with optical image stabilization and HDR+ features.
Features: On the hardware front, Nexus 6 features top of the line hardware. It features Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 chip clocked at 2.7 GHz and 3 GB RAM. On software front, it features the latest Android offering, the Android 5 (Lollipop).
Battery: Nexus 6 comes with a 3220 mAh battery, which is a major improvement over Nexus 5. The battery does make a significant difference to the run time of the device, however given the increased screen size, the battery may still feel underwhelming to power users.
Samsung Galaxy S5:
Display: Samsung Galaxy S5 features a 5.1 inch Super AMOLED full HD display with pixel density of 432 ppi.
Camera: S5 packs a 16MP rear camera with phase detection autofocus that is capable of 2k video recording. The front camera is a 2MP shooter.
Features: S5 is powered by Snapdragon 801 chip clocked at 2.5GHz and it is coupled with 2GB RAM. The graphics are handled by Adreno 330 chip.
Battery: S5 boats a slightly underwhelming battery of 2800 mAh capacity.
In terms of best specs on paper, nothing beats Motorola Droid Turbo in this group. However, each phone has its own plus and minuses and they all come at a different price point.
For the best bang for buck, Motorola Turbo stands out amongst all four. Nexus 6 offers the latest android experience, top of the line hardware and the biggest screen amongst the four. Samsung S5 is now showing its age, but it offers decent performance at a much lower price than rest of the three. The iPhone 6 may lack in terms of the features on paper, however the phone works like a charm and is a good upgrade for someone hooked to the Apple Ecosystem.
