The Galaxy Note series from Samsung offers the best selling phablets. The handset comes equipped with loads of features, bigger display and the famous S Pen for the Note series. The Super AMOLED display offers a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, having a higher pixel density of 515-ppi. The snapdragon 805 chipset along with quad core processor clocked at a frequency of 2.7GHz powers the Note 4. A higher RAM of 3GB ensures lag-free working of the handset. The Note 4 comes with 32GB of internal storage capacity along with a standard battery of 3220 mAh.

The Note 4 gathers crowd due to its spectacular 5.7-inch Quad High-Definition display along with a Snapdragon 805 processor. The specifications are two generations ahead as found on the Note 3 phablet. On the other hand, the Galaxy Note 3 comes equipped with a similar 5.7-inch screen. However, the difference lies in the resolution department. The 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and 386-ppi of pixel density of the Note 3 is no match to what is offered by the Note 4 phablet. The Snapdragon 800 processor clocked at 2.3GHz frequency, RAM of 3GB, 32GB internal memory and 3200-mAh standard battery comprises the Note 3 phablet. Apparently, both the handsets come with a few major differences in terms of specifications.

Enhanced Features

Both devices run Android along with TouchWiz overlay from Samsung, which makes the Note series distinct from others. The Note 3 comprises of simple Multi-Window feature. The user can open two windows simultaneously on the display. Multi-tasking features have undergone massive enhancement on the Note 4 phablet. New options equipped in the Note 4 enable the user to access split screen mode along with a plethora of compatible applications. In addition, the pop-up screen on the Note 4 is similar to the Pen Window found on the Note 3 phablet. The Note 4 phablet offers the capability to drag and drop content from one application to another by making the use of Multi-window.

The Need to Upgrade

Samsung laid emphasis on multi-tasking, camera abilities and S Pen features. In case, you were not looking for petty features found in TouchWiz equipped in both the handsets, the hardware design along with enhancements made in the aforementioned categories makes the Note 4 a clear winner.
