It seems that after Apple released its iPad with some great build quality and ergonomics, all the other manufacturers are following them as they see how popular iPads became.

HTC has brought us the Nexus 9 which is one of the slimmest tablets out there. It is only 8mm thick, weights 425grams and measures 154x228mm. The tablet is looking great and it’s quite ergonomic in hands.

HTC made also sure that the device will come with a great build quality. The polycarbonate back and the metal bezel have given the device a very awesome look. The manufacturer also made sure that the Nexus 9 will be available in different colors in order to suit a wide range of possible customers.

HTC brought a quality screen that has ample crispness, colors and a great viewing angle. The device has an IPS LCD screen of 8.9inches that supports a resolution of 2048x1536pixels. That being said, Apple’s iPad Air 2 has the same resolution on a Retina display.

One of the biggest advantages of the 64-bit chips is that they can perform two times better than a 32-bit one. They also support more RAM capacity and they perform way better in 3D applications and while playing heavy graphic games.

Since Android 5.0 Lillopop has been released, many manufacturers that produce Android devices moved to the 64bit computing architecture. HTC has come with Tegra K1 SoC on their Nexus 9 tablet, which was the first ever processor that utilize the ARM’s 64-bit architecture.

The device also has a secondary camera on its front side of 1.6MP which can be used for selfies or video calling.

The device comes with a 6700 mAh battery which HTC claimed that will last for 30 days in standby mode and 9.5 hours while using the internet on Wi-Fi or when watching videos.
