Ford F-150 Review: A Complete Redesign
FORD F-150 REVIEW
The 2015 Ford F-150 has an aluminum body to offer after a complete redesign. The agile handling muscular turbocharged V6 engine and a roomy interior is a perfect combination that it packs.
Ford F-150 comes with a standard 3.5 liter turbocharged V6 engine that is absolutely suitable for high power and heavy towing purposes, however, if you are looking for acceleration, opting for 2.7 liter V6 engine is going to be a better option. You may also want to consider the V8 engine if you are looking for even more power and extremely heavy purposes. The fuel economy is as per the expectation of the class and Ford F-150 is capable of delivering 18/25 mpg city/highway if you have opted for a standard engine and rear wheel drive. As mentioned earlier, the F-150 comes with an aluminum body making it light weight and leading to a nimble handling. With controlled body emotions, it can almost be taken for granted that F-150 is destined to give you a comfortable driving experience. However, the brakes were claimed to be a little over sensitive and the numb brake pedal feel was not appreciated either.
There is no argument over the fact that not only does the Ford F-150 has a luxurious interior to offer, but the high quality soft touch materials make it appear even better. The outward visibility if you are driving an F-150 is commendable to say the least. With a supportive front row seats and spacious back rows, none of the passengers are destined to have a troublesome ride. The list of available features may include the following:
- SYNC voice command system
- USB port
- Rearview camera
- Adaptive cruise control
- MY FORD Touch infotainment system that is redeveloped to be more responsive as well as user friendly with its straightforward nature
- Navigation system
