Google is expected to release this upcoming operating system this fall and it seems that a bunch of Samsung devices will receive it very soon. The Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 Edge, Galaxy Note will be a few of the first smartphones that will be upgraded to the Android 6.0 Marshmallow. In addition, the owners of the Galaxy Tab A tablets should be happy, because their devices will receive the new operating system.

Here is a list of devices confirmed by Samsung to receive the Android 6.0 Marshmallow (keep in mind that this list will most likely get updated in time):

– Galaxy S6
– Galaxy S6 Edge
– Galaxy S6 Edge+
– Galaxy S6 Duos
– Galaxy Note 4
– Galaxy Note 4 Duos
– Galaxy Tab A
– Galaxy Note 5

As you can see, the Samsung Galaxy S5 is not found on this list, but we’re pretty sure that this device will be able to run the upcoming Android 6.0 Marshmallow without any problems. With other words, Samsung might update this list soon enough and will add the Galaxy S5 device to it.

According to rumors, the Android 6.0 Marshmallow is going to be released by Google sometime in October 2015. The big search engine company didn’t reveal an exact release date for this upcoming Android OS, but we’re pretty sure that in the following month they are going to give us more information about it.

Are you going to upgrade your device to Android 6.0 Marshmallow as soon as it gets released or will you wait for a few weeks until all the bugs and other issues will get fixed?
