It seems that Huawei’s Nexus 6 2015 has been spotted on GeekBench with the codename of “Nexus Angler”. According to the GeekBench results, the “Nexus Angler” obtained a score of 3641. The device seems to be running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, which was something that everyone expected. The device that was seen on GeekBench had an octa-core Snapdragon Qualcomm SoC and 3GB of RAM. Unfortunately, other details such as the display size we haven’t noticed on the benchmarks.
According to some earlier rumors, the Nexus 6 (2015) by Huawei will feature a display size of 5.5 or 5.7-inch, but until now the big search engine company hasn’t confirmed any of those rumors.
LG is preparing its G2, G3 and G4 smartphones for the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update
According to some new rumors, it seems that LG is already preparing its G2, G3 and G4 smartphones for the upcoming Android 6.0 Marshmallow. However, until now LG hasn’t mentioned anything about its plans, but there are reports which say that the company will skip the Android 5.1.1 Lollipop and will update the devices we’ve mentioned above directly to Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
It seems that major mobile carriers in the US such as the Sprint, AT&T, US Cellular, Verizon and T-Mobile are currently busy preparing native updates to include the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update to some devices, as soon as Google gives the “green” light.
Android 6.0 Marshmallow will bring improvements, but at the same time, it will also come with some new features such as: RAM Manager, Network Reset Option, Personalized Chrome tabs, support for Android Pay, support for USB Type-C, storage overhaul and more.
