Google is expected to officially release the Android 6.0 Marshmallow on September 29, 2015. During this event, they will also bring two new Nexus devices: the LG Nexus 5 2015 (aka Nexus 5X) and Huawei Nexus 6 2015 (aka the Nexus 6P).

According to SamMobile, Samsung is already preparing a major firmware update for the recently released Galaxy S6, S6 Edge, S6 Edge+ and Note 5. We remind you that all the Samsung devices that we’ve mentioned above are already running on the Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, which is the latest Android OS that is currently available for download.

With other words, all these devices are ready to receive the Android 6.0 once it will be released. So, the next major update that all these devices will receive is the Android 6.0 Marshmallow and, as we’ve told you above, the South Korean multinational conglomerate company headquartered in Samsung Town is already preparing a major firmware update for them.

However, even the next major update is expected to be Android 6.0, the same website (SamMobile) there are very low chances for this operating system to be released for these devices before September 29, 2015. Apart from these devices that have been released in 2015, the Galaxy Note 4 is already expected to be updated to Android 6.0 Marshmallow sometime in the near future.

We remind you that Google has released the Android 6.0 Marshmallow developer preview in May 2015. The preview build was released with a new dark UI theme and we’re sure that not many expected this. After the developers (of applications) have seen the new dark theme, they thought that the big search engine company will change the default theme of their Android OS version. However, according to PhoneArena, the dark UI theme will not be available in the final build of the Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

It seems that Google has removed the dark theme from the second and third Android M developer preview builds. Until now, Google hasn’t announced the official removal of the dark theme, but we will know for sure in a few days, when the Android 6.0 Marshmallow will be released.
