It is a sure thing that Google Nexus gizmos will be the first ones to rock the Android M upgrade. The list includes the Nexus Player device, the Nexus 9, 7, 6 and 5. The entire gang is ready to embrace this new OS. Soon after the latter gizmos will be hit with the update, the runner-ups are believed to be LG G3 and LG G4.
We’ve got the scoop from G for Games. The latter source claims that LG is planning on releasing the Android M upgrade to the following LG G3 models: LG G3 F400S, G3 F400K, G3 F400L.
As for the LG G4, the Marshmallow roll out will also happen on 3 versions, these are: LG G4 F500S, G4 F500K and G4 F500L.
For now, the release of the Marshmallow update to LG G Flex 2 and LG G 2 is still unknown. As for the LG V 10 device, which is currently running Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, it will most likely receive the upgrade.
As for the HTC Company, expect the rollout to happen by the end of 2015 as various reports claim, also the One M9 and One M8 devices manufactured by HTC will be the first ones to get the Android M upgrade.
In the meantime, Samsung is planning to rollout the upgrade for its following devices: the Galaxy Note 5, the Galaxy S6 Edge and S6+ as well as Galaxy S6. The latter mentioned handsets are currently operating on Android Lollipop, so you can only guess what comes next.
The Android Marshmallow upgrade will definitely roll out some big changes. Some of these changes include the Doze feature, the Google Now on Tap functionality as well as the fingerprint scanner addition and last but certainly not least the USB Type-C, what Android M features are you most excited for?
