Storage and RAM for Both Devices

The X-Play comes with a 2 GB of RAM and internal storage alternatives of 16 or 32GB. Also, they are expandable through microSD to 128GB. The C5 Ultra comes with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage, this time it is expandable to 200 GB.

Camera Set-Up of Both Devices

The X-Play comes with a 21 megapixel back camera along with autofocus, dual LED flash and 1080p video capturing and a 5-megapixel face camera. The C5 Ultra also comes with a 13 megapixel back camera with autofocus, 1080 p capturing, LED flash and a 13 MP front camera with LED flash.

Dimensions and Weight of Both Devices

The X-Play measures 148 mm x 75 mm x 10.9 mm and weight 169g. The C5 Ultra also measures 164.2 mm x 79.6 mm x 8.2 mm and weighs 187g.
