What Does the Motorola Moto G 2014 and 2015 Bring to the Table
Phones that are made with the mid-range mindset by developers are mostly trade-offs between performance and price.
However, Motorola stands out to be one of the best brands where making newer phones in its brand models are concerned and this show with the impressive level of speed and responsiveness the Moto G 2014 brings. However, it lacks bloatware as well as the shock version of Android that is installed on the device.
The G 2014 phone was designed to come with a 1 gigabyte of RAM and 1.2 GHz Snapdragon 400 with the 2015 edition coming with a 1 gigabyte of RAM and a 1.4GHz Snapdragon 410. Also, 2015 comes with the Android 5.1 that needs to make a device for able and powerful than the 2014 version.
The Camera of Both Versions
The camera of the 2014 G comes with a weight of 8 MP, even if it could not compete so much with some of the best in the market, the 2015 version has seen an upgrade that is impressive of a 13 MP lens. This makes its camera shots better and more precise. On the front, the selfie camera has been boosted to 5 MP from its 2014 2 MP. The mobile phone picture quality should be more about reality and the quality of the pictures being taken than the ratings of the megapixels. However, it is nice to see that the specifications are being boosted in the 2015 version for the device which means it is getting the push it needs.
Features of Both Versions
Apart from the internal specifications boost and the uniquely refined designs, the differences they have been not too much where the (2014 and 2015 versions are concerned). Also, the 2015 version has waterproofing features and also the 4G support to make internet connection very smooth and easy. 2015 still comes with an additional MicroSD card slot to add up or boost the internal space or storage.
However, the internet storage is 8 gigabyte that is huge and can be perfect for all your storing needs. With the 2015 version, you get the normal Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connection alternatives, and this means users of the old models will not have a lot of surprise features with 2015.
It is clear that the 2015 version has better features, but the differences are not very much. The price has however gone up. So, it will depend on you and what you need to make the right or necessary purchases.
