iPhone Or iPad iOS 9 Jailbreak And Install The Best Cydia Tweaks – Part 1
It took the hacking team Pangu more than a month to release the iOS 9 jailbreak which can be used for all devices that run on iOS 9, iOS 9.0.1 and iOS 9.0.2. There were many other teams who tried to find exploits for this software, but only Pangu managed to be the first one to break the ice. And until iOS 9.1 will be jailbroken, the Apple fans can install lots of Cydia tweaks which were created for this version. Here’s a short list of tweaks which are worth installing.
Live Photos Enabler
As you know, the new iPhone 6s/6S Plus brought a new feature for the camera, Live Photos, which records a short video (1.5 seconds) before and after taking a photo. To make this feature work on previous iPhone models, install Live Photos Enabler from Evil Goldfish’s repo. To view the Live Photo, in the absence of the Force Touch technology, just use the long-press gesture.
Apple added a new feature in iOS 9 which puts back links in applications when transferring from one to the other. To give you an example, when opening a link from Facebook with safari, you will see a small link in the top corner saying “Back to Facebook”. If you want to get rid of this feature and these links, install BreadcrumbsAway.
3D Touch is the most important new feature which was added in the iPhone 6S/6S Plus and it detects the level of pressure applied to the screen, allowing the users to interact better with their devices. The users of the older iPhones were a bit jealous and wanted a tweak which allows the users to enable the 3D Touch functionality and to mimic the Peek and Pop functions.
This tweak is for older iPads, which don’t support the new features which were introduced on the new models: Split View multitasking, Picture-in-Picture (PiP) mode and Slide Over. Medusa will allow you to surf the web and to play videos on a floating video, simultaneously, or perform Slide Over and Split Screen gestures.
If you install Hapticle, after activating the 3D Touch function on your iPhone, this tweak will enable the haptic feedback vibration.
The older iPhones which came loaded with iOS 8 allowed the users to use Siri hands-free by saying “Hey Siri” when the devices were plugged in. The iPhone 6S doesn’t need to be plugged in to support this feature, and to make the rest of the iPhone owners happy, some developers created UntetheredHeySiri.
