This update is expected to come to your device in any moment. However, keep in mind that the OTA update will be released only for the Galaxy S5 devices that run the stock Android OS, with other words, if you run a custom ROM on your Galaxy S5 device, you will not receive the Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OTA update.
The new Android Lollipop for the Galaxy S5 devices comes with the firmware version G900AUCU4COI5 and it has around 600MB, We suggest you to connect to a Wi-Fi network when you want to download the OTA update, to not waste your mobile data.
