Many devices that Samsung has released in 2014/2015 have received the latest Android =Lollipop OTA update such as: Galaxy S5, Galaxy Note 3 Neo and Galaxy E7.
We remind you that the Android 5.1.1 Lollipop is the predecessor of the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. If you own a Galaxy S5 Active from AT&T, then you are currently receiving the Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS for your device.

The Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OTA update for Galaxy S5 Active comes with the build number MY47X.G870AUCU2COJ3 and the file size has around 640MB. With other words, all the users that want to update their Galaxy S5 Active devices to Android 5.1.1 Lollipop should connect to a Wi-Fi network after starting the download of this big file, to not waste their mobile data or to avoid data charges. The new Lollipop update comes with many bug fixes for the Galaxy S5 Active but it also new features such as “Android for Work”.
On the other hand, the Galaxy E7 device is a “mid-range” smartphone that was released in February 2015 and it ran on Android 4.4.4 KitKat out of the box, according to SamMobile, this device is now upgradable to latest Android Lollipop update in Sri Lanka and India.
The Galaxy Note 3 Neo that got released in February 2014 can now be updated to the latest Android Lollipop. The OTA update is currently distributed to the users from South Korea, The OTA update has 900MB and the build date is October 12, 2015. This OTA update is also expected to be released worldwide in the next weeks.
