iPhone 7 Plus vs. HTC 10 – Best Specs, Features and Updates Comparison
Today we will compare the new iPhone 7 Plus and the HTC 10. The former is Apple’s latest phablet flagship that was unveiled a few days ago, while HTC has released its new premium device in May. Today, we will compare these two smartphones and you’ll pick your favorite according to your preferences.
The Apple iPhone 7 Plus measures 158.2×77.9×7.3mm and weights 188 grams. The larger variant of the iPhone 7 has aluminum back with a dual camera setup and antenna lines moves to the top and bottom edges. The Apple iPhone 7 Plus has an LED-backlit IPS LCD display of 5.5-inch that supports a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels at 401 ppi and it’s protected by an ion-strengthened glass. The HTC 10 has a smaller super LCD5 display of 5.2-inch that supports a higher resolution of 2560×1440 pixels at 565 ppi and it’s protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

The Apple iPhone Plus features an Apple A10 Fusion chipset, a quad-core processor clocked at 2.23GHz, a six-core graphics card and 3GB of RAM. The HTC 10 comes with a Qualcomm MSM8996 Snapdragon 820 chipset, a quad-core Kryo processor clocked at 2.15GHz and a quad-core Kryo processor clocked at 1.6GHz, an Adreno 530 graphics card and 4GB of RAM.
The Apple iPhone 7 Plus has been released in three internal storage variants of 32GB, 128GB and 256GB, but it doesn’t feature a microSD card slot for storage expansion. On the other hand, the HTC 10 comes in two internal storage variants of 32GB and 64GB, but you can expand it up to 256GB using a microSD card.
The Apple iPhone 7 Plus sports a dual-primary camera of 12MP that features OIS, phase detection autofocus, quad-LED flash, 2x optical zoom, geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, HDR and a secondary camera of 7MP. The HTC 10 has a primary camera of 12MP that features dual-LED flash, OIS, laser autofocus, geo-tagging, panorama, HDR, face detection, touch focus and a secondary camera of 5MP.
Both devices are powered by non-removable batteries, but the 2900 mAh one that the Apple iPhone 7 Plus comes with is slightly weaker than the 3000 mAh battery that the HTC 10 has.
