iPhone 7 Plus iOS 10.3.1 Jailbreak Ready for Download
Apple is working hard on strengthening the security of its operating systems as well stop the proliferation of jailbreak tools. These are just two of the reasons for the regular iOS updates, such as the release of iOS 10.3.1 and just a few days ago, iOS 10.3.2. Aside from bug fixes, this latest update aims to address instability. But there are iOS users who jailbreak their phones and this practice will not simply go away.
A Yalu jailbreak tool has been released by Italian hacker and researcher, Luca Todesco and this is for iOS 10.3.1. While this might not work on some iPhone and iPad devices, this one can be used to jailbreak 64-bit devices and these include iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. However, the extra_recipe+yaluX jailbreak is a fourth beta release and designed for iOS 10.0.x 10.1.1.
This is an opportune time for an upgrade if you are still use a lower version of iOS than 10.3.1. Also, according to reports, this version is more stable than beta three, based on the built-in Substrate support. This beta version is only recommended for experienced developers and if you want to jailbreak your iPhone 7 Plus, you might consider waiting for a jailbreak tool to be released by Pangu in August This is of course, if rumors are true since up to this day, Pangu team has kept mum about an iOS 10.3.1 jailbreak release date.
But if you want to continue on jailbreaking your iPhone device, you can go ahead and download Yalu jailbreak tool. However, this cannot be done directly on your phone without downloading Cydia Impactor so you can sideload the Yalu jailbreak tool. You also need to type in your Apple ID. But if you do not want to use the one you regularly log in to, you can create another Apple ID for this process. You can now install Cydia iOS 10.3.1 and download Yalu jailbreak. Just keep in mind that if you reboot your device, you need to jailbreak your iPhone again.
As mentioned earlier, you can wait for August for a possible jailbreak tool from Pangu. But if you want another option, a stable iOS 10.1.1 jailbreak for iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus is already available.
