Pokémon Go is not as popular as it was when it was released last year, but we think that Niantic is on the right path with this game. The developer has recently announced the upcoming Pokémon Go Fest, which will surely please many fans.

Pokémon Go Fest will launch on July 22, 2017 and it seems that it will bring some new raids that you will be able to attend to. Based on the changes that Niantic is currently working on, it seems that soon enough the first Legendary Raid will be brought to the game.

During the day of July 22, 2017, there will be three Challenge Windows where the Trainers from all over the world will work with the Trainers from Grand Park, Chicago to unlock global rewards.

Niantic has already confirmed that if trainers from all over the world will catch enough Pokémon, a mystery challenge will be unveiled in Grand Park, Chicago. Once the mystery challenge is completed, the Global Rewards phase is launched, which will be available for everyone the following day.

Niantic has said that “Trainers everywhere will want to grab their friends and family to help make this the biggest celebration in Pokémon GO’s history,” which might look like a teasing for the first Pokémon Go Legendary Raid.

So, since this event will launch this weekend, you better prepare yourself and be ready to help the players from Chicago. Also, make sure that you have enough supplies as you will definitely use lots of them. The best way to get supplies is by visiting Pokémon Go gym locations.

HINT: Niantic has also added many new Gyms, so you better check out the map, as there are high chances that some new Gyms have appeared nearby your home.
